My working career started in 2006 in a very different field – hairdressing! I had such a passion for hairdressing and loved the connections I built through that role. That customer service focus stayed with me when I made the move into real estate in 2014, following in the footsteps of my dad and grandmother. After a brief return to hairdressing, I realised my heart was in real estate. In 2016, I joined First National Biloela, working alongside my father, Ross Munroe. Just like any other applicant, I had to prove myself - and I was thrilled when he offered me the role.
