A long-standing and valued member of the First National team since 2009, Simone has steadily progressed through a variety of roles - each one building on her industry knowledge. She brings warmth, confidence, and a genuine passion for real estate to everything she does.

From her early days in Property Management to working as a Personal Assistant to the Director, and later as a Sales Consultant, Simone has gained hands-on experience across all facets of the industry. Each role has contributed to her deep understanding of the real estate process and strengthened her ability to adapt, communicate, and deliver outstanding service. Now thriving in a sales mentoring role, Simone draws on her broad skill set, strong work ethic, and people-first approach to support both clients and colleagues alike. She takes pride in helping others grow, sharing her knowledge, and leading by example - making her a respected mentor and a trusted guide in every interaction.

Outside of work, Simone loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and their much-loved dogs. She enjoys being outdoors and catching up with friends. Having lived in Berwick for most of her life, Simone’s connection to the area runs deep - and so does her commitment to the local community.
