Patrick Barry has lived in this area for 38 years, initially moving here with his young family after purchasing and operating a local major hospitality venue. Pat then commenced a new career in Real Estate 25 years ago, and considers himself 25 years young living and working in this vibrant coastal real estate area.
Intimate knowledge and care for this wonderful area plus a strong local network have been a corner stone of his success. “My formative years were spent on my family's dairy farm.
