Gavin Gilmore has been actively involved in Real Estate since 1985, when he returned to Kalgoorlie and entered partnership with his Mother in law Lorna Sharp in Wades Estate Agency. Still the same firm, but now trading as First National Real Estate Kalgoorlie. Prior to commencing in Real Estate, Gavin spent his younger years working in the mining industry in Kalgoorlie and Kambalda and then driving locomotives throughout Western Australia.

He regards himself as a true Goldfields person having been born in Leonora and living most of his life in the Eastern Goldfields. His family ties go back to 1893 when his Grandfather came to the Eastern Goldfields from the Eastern States. He has a great love for the Eastern Goldfields Woodlands and enjoys spending time in the ‘Bush’ whenever he can.

Gavin has extensive experience in residential and commercial sales, the property management market and over sees the strata management portfolios, as well as being the senior partner at First National Real Estate Kalgoorlie. Gavin is also actively involved in the community as a member and Part President of the Kalgoorlie Rotary Club. He has also been a member of the Western Australian Council of First National Real Estate and is a past chairman of the REIWA Kalgoorlie Branch.
