With a strong foundation in retail spanning over 12 years, as Store Manager at Pillow Talk Rutherford, Sondra has developed a comprehensive skill set in customer service and operational efficiency. Over the course of Sondra’s career, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to exceeding client expectations and upholding exceptional service standards.

Now serving as a Field Officer at First National Real Estate Maitland and supporting our two Portfolio Managers with leasing and ever important routine inspections, Sondra brings the same dedication and customer-first approach to our property management arm. Passionate about the work Sondra produces for our landlords here at FNREM, Sondra is focused on maintaining the highest standards of professionalism across all aspects of property management. Sondra is currently completing her Cert IV in Real Estate Practice, is a registered agent in NSW and soon to be a Class 2 Licenced Real Estate Agent.

Outside of her role here at FNREM, Sondra value’s quality time with family and friends, which provides a sense of balance and perspective.
