Before entering the real estate industry, Maddy built a strong foundation in customer service, gaining six years of experience that gave her a strong understanding of the importance of building and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Maddy began her real estate career in 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager, supporting the management of a portfolio of over 290 properties. Since then, she has gained extensive experience across a range of roles, including Receptionist, Routine Inspections Officer, Leasing Manager, and various assistant positions. Through these opportunities, Maddy discovered a true passion for leasing. Her dedication and performance were quickly recognised — within her first three months as a Leasing Manager, she was honoured with the Rising Star Award at Ray White for her outstanding contribution to the team.
