Lisa joined our team in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience in administration and business coordination from high-profile companies such as Komatsu and BHP Billiton. With years of handling operations for large-scale organizations, Lisa possesses an exceptional understanding of effective coordination and precision, which she applies to her work at First National Port Stephens. Her broad background in business management equips her with the skills necessary to maintain organization and efficiency within our Property Management team, providing seamless support for our clients and our landlords.
As a property investor herself, Lisa understands firsthand the importance of a well-maintained portfolio and is deeply attuned to the priorities of property owners. She is adept at recognizing what makes a property attractive and sustainable, ensuring that each asset under her management remains in optimal condition.
Working alongside our Senior Property Management team, Lisa oversees the critical inspection aspects of our portfolio. She handles routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring each property meets the highest standards.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys the company of her family and her active involvement in her children’s sporting events, often spending weekends outdoors.
