Initially employed in a reception and administrative position, a crucial position to any business, requiring an interest in helping people, is where Chloe’s aspirations to further her career and her love of all things property commenced.

“Being able to help someone else, or put a smile on someone’s face gives me the drive to continue to come to work each day.”

After completing her certificate 3 and 4 in business administration, Chloe wanted to further her knowledge in real estate, completing her agents representative certificate she gained the essential skills and knowledge to manage her own property portfolio after only a few years.

“I was grateful for this opportunity and was able to gain valuable knowledge from senior mentors with vast real estate experience.”

After 12 years and having 3 small kids, Chloe was ready for change and wanting to be closer to home in her local town of Bacchus Marsh, that she knew s well and loved.

“Meeting Marcus & Leanne, the Directors at Rayner First National the decision to join this brand and be apart of the team was an easy one, a brand that is dedicated to great service for their clients”.

2 years on and Chloe is a valuable member of the team, and lives and breathes all things property management.

Chloe is passionate about life, spending time with her kids and family, and going out to dinner with friends for a cheeky wine.
