Meet Lauren Mikkelsen

It might seem there’s not much difference between one estate agent and the next, but when you take a closer look, the contrasts are significant.

The difference between employing a good agent versus a great agent can be as much as 5%-10% added to your sale price, and a similar amount when it comes to your investment property’s yield.

Lauren brings exceptional expertise and local knowledge to our team. She has lived in the Clarence Valley for over 17 years and served our community’s real estate needs for approaching 10 years. She combines a passion for property with a commitment to customer service and her flair for marketing is exceeded only by her skill for negotiation. This dynamic combination results in a commanding skill set as an agent.

Nothing influences the success of your sale like experience

Lauren knows how to get you the best possible price, no matter what market conditions present themselves.

Her property industry knowledge has led to recognition through real estate industry awards, but she humbly attributes her success to the team she works with and the loyalty of her clients. It’s about going above and beyond, being trustworthy, and always approaching the day with enthusiasm.

Lauren prides herself on being approachable and has an intimate understanding of the types of buyers in our region. This is what drives her ability to achieve premium prices, time and again.

Commitment, professionalism, results

Lauren leads our sales team in Iluka and Woombah while assisting our property management and holiday letting administration teams, who are hard-working individuals, committed to getting everything right and putting the interests of our clients first. She is passionate about providing trustworthy advice and guiding people carefully through the process of buying and selling.

Outside of work, Lauren is raising three children and is a keen bicycle rider. She is regularly seen riding early in the morning as she gets ready for an energetic day ahead. She serves on the committee of the Yamba Cycling Club and is in the process of raising $24,000 with her husband for the March 2023 Tour De Cure cancer fundraiser.

Make the right move. Call Lauren to discuss your property today.
