Warren has been a dedicated part of the real estate industry since 2001, beginning his career as a salesperson with First National Real Estate in Gympie. In 2004, he made the move to Chinchilla and, a year later, established Chinchilla First National Real Estate.

Over the years, Warren’s focus shifted towards property development, and in May 2010, he co-founded Surat Basin Real Estate. In 2022, he returned to his roots, rejoining the First National group and rebranding as First National Surat Basin Chinchilla.

Since then, Warren has played a pivotal role in the business, particularly in commercial and industrial sales, leasing, and
property management, areas in which he became increasingly involved from 2016 onwards.

As Warren begins to scale back and prioritize his health, he has made the decision to pass on the business to a talented team of leaders—Rob Fraser, Jason Gray, Juliann Frame, and Becky Gwin—who will continue to drive its success.
