Norseman is a town located in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia built on gold mining and tourism.
Located half way between Kalgoorlie and Esperance and 726 kilometres east of Perth. With gold reaching record high prices the town is thriving.
Norseman has survived largely due to its service role for the surrounding pastoral region and because of its position at the junction of the Coolgardie-Esperance and Eyre highways. It is the major gateway to the State for road traffic from Adelaide.
This home does need some work. However, once the works have been completed rental income is estimated at $200pw
