Tony Presepio has been the steady support behind First National Real Estate Murray Bridge since its establishment in 2003, working closely alongside his wife, Sylvia Presepio. His behind-the-scenes dedication has been instrumental to the agency’s continued growth and reputation for excellence.

With over 20 years of experience in primary production in the Murraylands, Tony brings a wealth of local knowledge, strong community ties, and a practical, solutions-focused approach to both the Property Management and Sales departments. His commitment to delivering consistent, professional service has earned the respect of both landlords and tenants alike.
Tony understands that effective Property Management is essential not only for maintaining strong returns but also for ensuring tenant satisfaction—an integral part of protecting property investments and securing high occupancy rates. His meticulous approach, combined with a calm and fair manner, helps foster positive relationships and long-term results.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys music and is currently learning to play both the saxophone and guitar—proving it’s never too late to take on a new challenge.
