Janice relocated to Melbourne in 2002 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance, her strong foundation in economics and finance helps her navigate the complexities of real estate investment and property management with ease.

Janice joins our busy Commercial Team after starting her real estate career in 2016 and has experience in both residential and commercial property management. Since then, Janice has become a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a deep passion for the real estate industry. Known as a reliable team player, she brings a solid work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills to every task she undertakes.

Janice believes that providing exceptional service to her clients by focusing on their unique needs is key to keeping both landlords and tenants happy.

Outside of work, Janice enjoys spending time with her family—her two active school-aged children—and exploring Melbourne’s vibrant restaurant scene on weekends.
