My name is Charlotte Morgan, and I am the new Sales Associate at First National Action Real Estate. Having grown up in Ipswich and attended my early school years here at St. Mary’s —before later moving to Brisbane —Ipswich has always been “home”. With my extended family having lived in the area for over fifty years, I have a deep connection to the community.
I bring a diverse and dynamic background to the real estate industry, with experience spanning from legal administration to managing and hosting international artists specialising in client relations, marketing and management within the hospitality industry. I also specialised in wellness and customer care, helping people transform their lifestyles for the better within the beauty industry. Through these roles, I developed strong sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills, which now drive my passion for property and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Beyond my professional journey, I have been actively engaged in the Ipswich community, serving as one of the youngest members of the Youth Advisory Council from 2010 to 2013. During this time, I contributed to several Ipswich youth projects, participated in the Ipswich Council project management program, and volunteered in the 2011 flood recovery efforts.
