Melissa brings over a decade of experience in many facets of real estate, recognising that a great property manager is more than collecting rent and attending to repairs but actively nurturing assets, assisting clients invest in their first (or fifth) properties and finding tenants a home they will look after and enjoy. She values the time of everyone she comes across and takes pleasure in having real conversations and really getting to know people.

Starting her career working in 5-star resorts in sales and administration, Melissa understands the importance of providing a professional and personal customer experience and is committed to delivering the highest standard of service to landlords, tenants and the contractors she works alongside with. She loves a team environment, fostering lifelong relationships and constantly learning from others, as well as teaching and sharing her valuable expertise. Melissa’s helpful "can do" attitude and strong belief that we can make a difference in someone's life aligns with First Nationals core beliefs and her own personal ethics.
