Julie has worked in residential property management for many years and has a vast knowledge of the legal requirements as well as the day-to-day management of residential properties. Julie has a good rapport with owners and tenants alike. Prior to joining First National Real Estate Karratha Julie was the Trust Account Manager/Head of Residential Property Management for almost 7 years with an agency in Perth. Other real estate experience has been as Trust Account Manager for 2 years with a large residential property management real estate agency and prior to that was Office Manager for an agency that was the REIWA 2007 and 2008 top selling agency within Western Australia with around 90 employees. Prior to 2007 Julie held many roles within a major suburban law firm which handled real estate related matters and wrote extensive software applications to ensure a better workflow for the processes required.

Outside of work Julie loves to spend time with her partner, her children and now her grandchildren who give her so much delight. Julie has also taken up piano lessons again after some 40 years of not playing the piano treated herself last year and is slowly making progress with her playing. She also has a love of cooking, so morning tea is often on Julie.
