After moving to Tasmania in 2009, Rylee spent her first six years enjoying the lifestyle of the Channel region while working in her family’s home business. This early experience instilled a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients. She later spent another six years in a fast-paced retail role, developing a broad range of skills in mediation, decision-making and customer service.

Rylee began her journey with First National Real Estate Hobart & Kingston in 2018, starting in an administration role at the Kingston office. She soon attained her Property Representative Licence and progressed into the role of Hobart Office Manager, before stepping into her current position as Media Manager. In this role, she is responsible for managing the company’s website, social media platforms, email campaigns and broader digital and print marketing. She continually creates engaging content and explores new ways to market properties and elevate the agency’s presence.

Rylee recently graduated with a Bachelor of Communication Arts, majoring in Innovative Media Production, from Bangkok University International. Her time abroad has expanded her creative perspective and strengthened her passion for media, storytelling and strategic communication.

Known for her independence, attention to detail and professionalism, Rylee is a valued member of the team and a strong contributor to the people-first culture at First National Real Estate Hobart & Kingston.
