Leanne has been a part of the family business for over 20 years and 9 years ago joined as a permanent staff member. She is constantly asked how she works [and lives] with Marcus every day and in fairness we think that alone deserves a medal.

Leanne loves a fun workplace and is constantly striving to achieve this – a warm, inspiring place our staff love to come to every day. She has been described as animated and theatrical [she hates this about herself] and loves nothing better than a rockin’ playlist and a singalong.

She has a strong background in marketing and sales with a business degree from Victoria University and having worked in advertising with the Leader Newspaper Group before starting a family. She is our social media guru and finds everything that happens in a day ‘instaworthy’ [even if the rest of us hate this about her]

In her heart she is a huge advocate for fairness and rewarding good people. #socialconscience [It’s just more important to her that you are kind, you know!]

In her time away from work, Leanne loves spending time with family and friends, planning her next holiday and supporting the doggies in the AFL.
