His dedication to consistent articulation of First National’s value proposition resonates with both independent and franchise real estate agents, and has seen First National set new records in the recruitment of new offices since 2019. By charting a clear path of transition for businesses entering the network, and assuring the induction of entire teams is supported, Matthew addresses the key challenges principals face when considering changing brands.

As Chief Auctioneer, Matthew directs the network’s weekly Sydney auction services and delivers auction training throughout Australia and New Zealand. His knowledge of auction and real estate practice is highly respected and, as the son of a long-term member, his first-hand experience of First National Real Estate drives a level of understanding and tenacity that is essential within a member-based organisation.
