Tracie has been with the First National Lifestyle Sippy Downs team for just shy of a decade and has been in the industry for over 22 years. She absolutely cherishes the opportunity to play such an integral role within the dynamic and diverse team. Tracie is the first to admit that in property management, no two days are the same and you must stay on your toes to be responsive and proactive to market demand, changes and day to day challenges.

With an extensive career and many qualifications, Tracie currently holds her full real estate license, has completed a degree in Human Resources and has completed studies in marketing. Tracie draws strength from her knowledge and experience and can excel within any working environment, having won awards and received accolades at every place she has worked throughout her career. Most recently, Tracie has immersed herself in understanding the new tenancy legislations that have come into effect and remain proactive in her approach to creating policies and procedures that will protect owners, tenants and the business. A strong believer in communication is key, Tracie maintains great relationships with all stakeholders and likes making sure owners and tenants are happy with all their interactions.

When she isn’t organising trades, running reports, keeping up with legislation or generally making sure things are running smoothly in the First National Lifestyle Sippy Downs property management team you will find Tracie enjoying the beaches, cafes and restaurants that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. A budding travel enthusiast, Tracie is keen to travel overseas but must admit her favourite holiday destination here is Tangalooma.
