My husband, children and I moved to the Camden Haven from Sydney in 2017 to break away from the long work hours, city traffic and stress. It’s a simpler life here and we’re enjoying exploring our new home in the four-wheel drive and boat. The children are enjoying Nippers and Scouts. We wouldn’t have been able to do these things in Sydney without planning for traffic delays and paying for parking. The lifestyle is certainly making a positive impact on our family. We’re less much happier here. At First National North Haven I’m enjoying working with like-minded people and meeting our clients. I have the happy job of telling people their settlement has been successful. My background is in customer services, policy-making, account management and contracts. I’m pretty detailed and like to make sure we’re all checking off everything that needs to be done for our clients as well as making sure we have our in-house procedures in place, and regularly updated. I enjoy getting all the paperwork and materials ready for our clients to make the move after their purchase or sale has been successful. My input to the business has been welcomed by the team, which is very rewarding because they’re all highly experienced with plenty of local knowledge. We work as a team on many aspects of the business, from property presentations to marketing and working with clients. I make the spreadsheet to ensure we’re on schedule! The workplace here is welcoming and each person’s skills are used to ensure the business leads the way for real estate in the Camden Haven. Our customers’ needs are met – that’s the goal and everyone steps up to make sure we’ve exceeding expectations. You don’t find that kind of office culture often. We’re intent on keeping it that way for ourselves and our clients.
