As a Property Manager located within the national office you are the "business face" of the network to liaise with property managers throughout the network. Leadership skills are therefore essential however a consultative approach is equally important. You are customer driven, well organised, professional, and geared toward delivering the exceptional, rather than the average. Business coaching comprises a key component of your day-to-day routine on behalf of geographical groups of offices.

Experience as well as a clear understanding of the daily challenges faced by property managers in a real estate agency is essential to this position.  Your communication skills, presentation and ability to build internal and external relationships should be exceptional.
